Ontario Universities Application Centre www.ouac.on.ca Students use this website for their Ontario universitiy applications. Links to all Ontario schools.  Students receive a PIN from Guidance.  The Ontario deadline is typically mid-January.
Ontario CollegeApplication Services www.ontariocolleges.ca Students use this website for their Ontario college applications. Links to all Ontario schools.  A PIN is not required.  The Equal Consideration Date for applications is typically early February.
Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada www.aucc.ca Use this website for links to post-secondary institutions in other provinces.  Many institutions feature on-line applications that speed up the application process.

These three sites are seasonal in nature.  The Ontario Universities Fair and the GoAbroadFair are held in the early Fall.  The Ontario Colleges Fair for the Toronto region is typically held in mid-October.  Check with these sites in season.
